Revlon - Emerald City
I've had this polish for a whole month before I even felt the inclination to wear it. How sad is that! Its a lovely polish but the matte-ness wasn't as matte as you'd expect. 2 coats and it was fully opaque. Even more beautiful with the topcoat!
